

ABOUT US
The Coalition for Integrity and Social Accountability (CISA) is a non-government organization, umbrella organization, registered on March 31, 2010 and re-registered on December 26, 2019 at Ministry of Interior. CISA experienced over 10 years working to improve good governance, social accountability, transparency, integrity, human rights, democracy for better justice in Cambodian society.
Our approaches are on capacity development, raising awareness, network building, monitoring, policy advocacy, media campaign, and cooperation with regional, international, NGO members, private sectors and government institution at national and sub-national level.
CISA is also experienced on Implementation Social Accountability Framework (I-SAF) with indigenous people at the northeast part province (Ratanakiri province), and at lower landscape province at Takeo province. The projects funded by European Union through CARE International Cambodia and World Vision International.
Organizational Capacity: CISA has 5 members of board of director (BoD), who was elected from different CISA member organizations, leads by chairwoman. Our CISA’s BoD is functioning role well on policies development, policies review and amendment. Our 5years strategic direction of the organization is the main mapping for executive body.
The CISA executive director, program technical adviser, program manager, admin/finance officer and projects’ staff are capable to implement projects, project monitoring, financial management with transparent information, decision making with high accountability.

VISSION
We wish to see Cambodia society with accountability, transparency, integrity, good governance, and equality enable citizens to live harmoniously.

MISSION
To work together with CISA’s NGO members, citizens, and relevant stakeholders in preventing, fighting and eliminating corruption through capacity building, education, communication and advocacy to bring effective governance in Cambodia.

GOAL
To promote democracy, transparency, accountability, integrity, participation, partnership and good governance at different stages in Cambodia.

OBJECTIVES
• To cooperate both nationally and internationally to monitor and to advocate for laws amendment, as well as promoting an effective law enforcement related to corruption in Cambodia.
• To provide the opportunity to share ideas, strengthen the solidarity and taking part on strategy-making processes of civil society organizations and other activists, in order to promote a quality governance and social accountability in Cambodia.
• To spread among Cambodian citizens and stakeholders the principles of accountability, the impacts of corruption into the society, knowledge about transparency and integrity, and relevant legal tools to prevent and fight corruption.
• To provide the opportunity to share ideas, strengthen the solidarity and taking part on strategy-making processes of civil society organizations and other activists, in order to promote a quality governance and social accountability in Cambodia.
• To spread among Cambodian citizens and stakeholders the principles of accountability, the impacts of corruption into the society, knowledge about transparency and integrity, and relevant legal tools to prevent and fight corruption.

Mr.Him Yun, Executive Director of The Coalition for Integrity and Social Accountability (CISA) on November 30, 20218 before being on board this position he was a secretariat coordinator of CISA. His work experience includes acting-president of Khmer Youth Association (KYA), vice-president, secretary general, head of administration, coordinator youth youth exchange program of Khmer Youth Association (KYA).

Mr. Chot Heng, a program manager, became CISA's full staff in May 2021. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Human Resource Management in 2005 and graduated with a Master Degree of General Management in 2011. Before he became a member of CISA, he had used to work with some NGOs - boths of local and international NGOs since 1997 like ERM (Enfant Réfugié du Mond), BFD (Buddhism For Development) and WVI-C (World Vision International-Cambodia).
